I have received a lot of slack for that slogan. I can’t say I blame those who are skeptical. But that’s my promise nonetheless. Call it my undying optimism in the honesty of every hard working man or women living in the United States.
The price we quote you on the phone is the price you will pay when we show up to do the job.
It’s not a gimmick. I just want you to know I’m not in this business to rip you off. It’s a protection for all of you out there who have ever paid more than the original quoted price. It happens to each of us all the time. I guarantee not to do that to you.
All I ask is a little honesty in return. Do your best to answer honestly the questions we ask you on the phone.
Keep in mind, I reserve the right to refuse to clean your house if you were less than honest. If you have a thousand square foot basement and you tell me on the phone it’s fewer than 300 – sorry. I won’t do it. But if you have a red dye stain that you mention on the phone and I fail to include it in the price, well I guess that red stain is coming out for free.
